DwightDwight Littlefield, CPA is a principal of Littlefield, Fanning & Co., P.S. a full service accounting and tax firm. Dwight is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). His accounting career began in 1993 after graduating from Brigham Young University’s top ranked and highly competitive school of accountancy. He started at then “big six” firm Deloitte + Touche, and after 2 years moved to Pricewaterhouse Coopers and finished his 12 year career with that firm as a director in their Washington DC national tax office. In 2005 he founded Littlefield & Co., PLLC and later merged with Siminski & Associates to create Littlefield, Siminski & Co., PS, a large local firm specializing in delivering tax compliance, tax planning, IRS representation, business transfer or succession planning, accounting, and financial reporting services.

Dwight enjoys outdoor activities with his wife Jennifer and his three children during his rare time off.

LarryLawrence Siminski, CPA: Lawrence Siminski proudly received his license in 1977 while working for an International CPA firm working on very large audit engagements. The sophisticated life was exciting, but working closely with small clients directly affecting their lives was the goal of moving to Olympia. A career primarily around tax work, provided lots of experience with Estate, Litigation, Business Valuations, Ownership Transition, and other projects requiring strategic plans looking 15 years into the future. Lawrence is now limiting his involvement to those clients needing strategic planning and historical client knowledge; while extremely well qualified individuals in the firm complete the tax and accounting.

DawnDawn Fanning, CPA: Dawn is a principal of Littlefield, Fanning & Co., P.S.  Dawn has fifteen years of public accounting and bookkeeping experience for small to large-sized businesses as well as nine years of accounting experience with private companies. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from University of Washington, Tacoma in December 2007. Dawn is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dawn is passionate about advising and assisting clients with a variety of business and tax matters. She specializes in accounting and tax services including: business management strategies, business succession planning, nonprofit taxes, Reviewed Financial Statements and compilations. She enjoys taking the time to get to know the client and their needs. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

LauraLaura Black, EA Laura joined our firm in 2011, relocating from Montana to be closer to family. She is an Enrolled Agent which allows her to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service. She has an Associates of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Montana State University. Laura has over 10 years of experience in public accounting and 5 years of experience in accounting for small businesses. Laura is experience with tax preparation for small business, personal taxes and estates & trusts. She also assists client with QuickBooks and accounting set up, monthly accounting and payroll. In her off time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and pets; they enjoy camping, hiking and riding four wheeler.

HeatherHeather Pennah Heather joined Littlefield, Fanning & Co. in January 2014. She has 13 years of Public Accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation experience. She also has 15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience with private companies large and small. She has 13 years of QuickBooks experience, including consulting, training, payroll and new business setup.

MyrnaMyrna Harding Myrna Harding is our Office Manager.  Joining Littlefield, Fanning & Co in 2012, Myrna started as a staff accountant and was promoted to Office Manager in 2014.

Myrna has enjoyed a long career in the accounting field. She has worked as a Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant, Tax Preparer and Office Manager.

Myrna is also a Notary Public for the State of Washington. Myrna has lived in Washington State for most of her life where she and her family have made Yelm their home.  In her spare time she loves to travel, and spend quality time with her family.
