Chris Olcott

Director of Operations

Chris is your first resource at LFC to get an update on your account, billing questions, etc.

She joined Littlefield, Fanning & Co. in January 2017 as our Receptionist and was promoted to Office Manager later that year.

Chris has worked as an Administrative Assistant for over 10 years and enjoys engaging with clients to help build a good working relationship between our firm and our clients.

Chris moved to Washington State in 2011 and now proudly calls the PNW home with her 2 children. In her spare-time she loves to explore and spend time supporting her kids in their extra-curricular activities.


Laura Black

She is an Enrolled Agent which allows her to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service. She has an Associates of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Montana State University.

Laura has over 16 years of experience in public accounting and 8 years of experience in accounting for small businesses. Laura is experienced with tax preparation for small business, personal taxes and estates & trusts. She also assists client with QuickBooks and accounting set up, monthly accounting and payroll.

In her off time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and pets; they enjoy camping, hiking and riding four wheelers.

Kendra Brooks

Payroll Administrator

Call Kendra when you need help setting up and running your payroll. She can help when you just have one employee all the way to hundreds of employees in multiple states.


Kendra has 15 years of payroll experience, in which she has worked with the Service Industries, Steel Manufacturing, along with possessing a working knowledge in the Construction, Trucking and Agriculture industries.

Kendra feels strongly about customer service and makes it a point of being available to her clients for all of their payroll needs.

Outside of work Kendra is with her family and pets.

Bob Crumley

Bob Crumley

Director – Special Tax Services

Having assisted clients in obtaining R&D tax credits over the past 30 years, Bob’s decades of experience can assist in defining and realizing these and other tax credits and accelerated deductions (R&D, ERC, SETC and Energy) for your organization.

Bob joined LFC in 2021 as the leader of our Special Tax Services group focusing on credits and incentives, notable R&D and ERC tax credits. His primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying companies with the potential to enjoy these and other tax incentives.

Bob brings over 30 years of accounting and business experience to our firm, with more than 25 years dedicated to Research & Development tax credit consulting across a wide array of industries: aerospace, pharmaceutical, medical implement, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing, software and construction. He, along with Dwight, began his career with PwC (then Coopers & Lybrand) and has held positions with other R&D consulting and tax advisory firms, and has earned a MSA in taxation and BBA in accounting from Texas Tech University. Bob also has Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Not strictly business, Bob enjoys golf, tennis, coaching youth sports and a newfound activity of hiking areas of the Southwest and Pacific Northwest. Photographing all of it along the way, usually with his children Bobby and Vivian at his side.

Business Development Manager


A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.

Payroll and accounting experience with a multi-national food company

20 years of Marketing experience, including office management, test administration, focus groups, and presenting marketing plans for an international company.

Joined LFCO in 2021 seeking a welcomed and challenging career change.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with my family.


Emma Littlefield

1099 Compliance and Expense Management Product Champion

Emma started at LFCO in early 2022 and since then she has contributed to variety of projects, ranging from special tax credits to audit assistance. Emma graduated from Utah State University in 2022, where she studied Philosophy, English, Economics, and Accounting. This unique blend of formal education makes her equipped to assist the clients of LFCO in a multitude of ways. When she’s not working, Emma enjoys travel, crafts, and spending time with her friends and family.

Ashton Blackwood

Ashton graduated from South Puget Sound Community College with her Associate’s of Applied Science in Business Administration in 2018. She has over four years of public accounting experience. This experience includes the preparation of small business and personal tax returns, as well as audit and accounting. Ashton also assists clients with cleaning up their QuickBooks and monthly accounting. She is passionate about educating clients on the ins and outs of their QuickBooks. Outside of work, Ashton enjoys playing video games, reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts,as well as traveling with her wife and their dog across the Pacific Northwest. Their favorite place to visit is Long Beach, Washington with Coos Bay, Oregon coming in at a very close second.


Melinda Moran

Melinda has 25 years of accounting and project management experience in the manufacturing and traffic industries. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Electronics Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, making soap, and spending time with her family.


Dwight Littlefield

CPA Principal


Dwight provides a blend of tax planning, tax compliance, business consulting, and business perspective only years of real world experience can give for closely held and family-owned companies, and the individuals who own them. It is a passion and desire for an understanding of how successful businesses operate in a changing economy that keeps him focused on client issues.

For several years, Dwight worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a director in their Washington DC national tax office. This rare combination of experience working with closely held and family owned businesses and deep tax knowledge has proven invaluable in his work serving these companies. He serves business clients in industries one would expect to find in the Pacific Northwest such as real estate, construction, technology, distribution. He also serves ones not typically found in the Pacific Northwest like oil and gas.

When the work is done anything outdoors is fair game including hiking, skiing, or tennis with his wife Jennifer, their three children, and friends.


Dawn Fanning


Dawn has 23 years of public accounting and bookkeeping experience for small to large-sized businesses as well as nine years of accounting experience with private companies. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from University of Washington, Tacoma in December 2007.

Dawn is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dawn is passionate about advising and assisting clients with a variety of business and tax matters. She specializes in accounting and tax services including: business management strategies, business succession planning, nonprofit taxes, Reviewed Financial Statements and compilations. She enjoys taking the time to get to know her clients and their needs.

In her off-time she enjoys spending time with family, motorcycle riding with her husband, and volunteering for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
